Terms of Service

Effective date: August 11, 2025

These terms govern your use of the papacorp.net website and any proposal, statement of work, or order you accept with Papa Corpnet. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement or SOW controls.

Services

We provide cybersecurity consulting and related deliverables described in a proposal or SOW. You will provide access and information reasonably needed to perform the services.

Fees and payment

Fees and payment terms appear in the proposal or SOW. Late amounts may accrue a reasonable service charge.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the engagement. If we process personal data for you, a data processing addendum will apply.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit. You are responsible for your systems and credentials.

Warranty and disclaimer

We will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except for what is stated in a signed agreement, services and the site are provided as is, without other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services that gave rise to the claim.

Ownership

You own your data. Unless otherwise agreed, we own our pre-existing materials and grant you a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

Changes and termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the SOW. We may update site terms from time to time and will post the effective date when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
